Meet Captain Frank!

Captain Frank was born and raised in Missouri. He moved to the seashore of California for his education, which included learning about surfing, sailing and boating. He then took to the skies, flying helicopters - Hueys and 58s - for Uncle Sam.

After retiring, Capt. Frank moved to the Caribbean, where he thought he was going to play golf! The siren-song of the sea lured him away from the golf course and he has spent the past 13 years sailing, exploring and enjoying the waters, islands and fun spots of the Caribbean.

Captain Frank can't wait to show you all of his favorite places ... famous beach bars like Foxy's, Taboo, and Soggy Dollar; snorkel spots like nearby island Hans Lollick, and Reef Bay on St. John; and fun lunch stops like the Willie T!

Get Married by Capt. Frank on the Sea or on the Beach

Captain Frank is ordained through the Universal Life Church and can legally marry you at sea
or on the beach - It's your day ... you choose where!

Pick from one of three itineraries ...

St. John and Surrounding Cays
Pick up at St. Thomas or St. John. Wedding, snorkeling and
exploring will all take place at St. John and nearby islands.
Full or half day.

Water Island — Great for
Cruise Ship Passengers!
Pick up at Havensite's cruise ship dock. Wedding, snorkeling and
exploring will take place on Water Island and nearby islands.
Full or half day.

British Virgin Islands
Pick up at National Park dock. Wedding will take place at St. John or nearby islands. Afterwards, you will continue to the British Virgin Islands for lunch, snorkeling, exploring and relaxing. Passport required ... Full day only.

Full and Half days include:
Boat to a tropical cove to exchange vows on the boat or on the beach, champagne toast, open bar (beer, sodas, island rum drinks, wine, champagne, water), snacks (fresh fruit, munchies, shrimp platter), snorkeling, exploring and having fun on your special day!

Full day also includes lunch stop at a restraurant/bar.
