So Easy!
Read at home or the beach. Your first day we’ll dive with the fish and coral. The second, you’ll learn essential skills in shallow, calm water and dive the reef.
The third day out you’ll demo your skills and do 2 great fun dives ~ lots of color, fish, life and coral-swim thru’s. Between, we’ll do 2 painless theory sessions. Before you know it, you’re certified ~ Thorough & Fun!
Already Been Diving?
If this is you, jump straight to day 2! We’ll do a
beautiful “get used to it” blue water dive, finish your
cert, and you'll be ready to FUN DIVE. Or you can take the
3-day class
Who Is Your Fine Private Diving Service Designed for?
Private Diving is for you who want the boat to yourselves or the most say in your day. Together, we’ll create your ideal diving day, and the boat will be all your party! We’ll help you choose dive sites considering your abilities, weather and sea conditions", and if you’re ready and wanting, we’ll be more you’re safety diver ~ you can “design and lead” the dive under our Direct Supervision.
Charter dives!
We specialize in personalized
semi-private or private diving for small groups of certified divers
but never more than 6, unless they’re all part of your party.
We go to sites less traveled or those tried and true.
If you’re looking for quality of operation, quality time and attention,
or adventure or exploration, We’re the shop for you! We can check
out new sites together (seas & experience permitting.)
Who knows what will we find but whatever it is, you’ll be part
of it.

Do I Need a Refresher?
PADI and NAUI recommend one
when its months since you last dove. It also depends
on how much you’ve dove, your skill level when you were active
and how you feel about it now.
Rewet your feet with our easy, fun refresher and dive with fish, coral
and turtles in warm calm blue St. John water! We’ll keep you “In
Your Comfort Zone”. We’ll review the essentials at your
own pace, start from shore and get used to it all again in 3-6 ft .
It's on to the reef when you want more!

WHO WE ARE!!
ABOUT 6-Paq Scuba.
6-Paq fulfills the owner/ operator’s dream. A dream that began to take shape when she made her first blue water dive in the Caribbean in 1989 ~ That was all it took! On that day she knew that one day she would move to the islands to teach diving and start her own little dive shop.
We offer diving the way we like to dive, nice and easy, at our own pace, a full day outing with a stop at our favorite watering holes afterwards to chat about our day! But we also know that everyone has their own idea, so if you'd like something different, we’ll help you create your ideal diving day!
ABOUT the Owner/Primary Instructor:
I’ve been diving for almost 20 years now hard to believe! I spent the last 5 years in St John, USVI teaching SCUBA (PADI and NAUI) and tending bar. The first 2 years I worked for other shops, now I teach privately, both locals and visitors.
I tailor my instructional style to meet individual student needs while providing high-end customer service. If needed, I go the extra mile to help students overcome learning difficulties or work through issues that are impeding learning to dive. Up til now with the website and my new brochures, my clients have been all word of mouth referrals or repeat customers furthering their diving education.
I got my Bachelor’s of Science from a small, quality college, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. For ten years before moving to St. John, I managed Environmental Restoration, Water Supply and Flood Control Studies in California, Arizona and Nevada. I also spent a year analyzing wellsite geology in North Dakota and Montana right after college.
When I decided to simplify life and move to the islands, in addition to getting my SCUBA Instructor rating, I also became a a yoga instructor rating and learned to deal blackjack. SCUBA and Yoga were my passions. And I thought with the 4 skills I could always find work in the islands! It’s worked out pretty well for me, and its been alot of fun!
Diving Experience
· 900 USVI Dives teaching Open Water through Divemaster or resort dives, and guiding dives.
· 80 Dives inspecting dams & canals.
· 200 Tropical Dives: St. Lucia, Belize, Cozumel, Cabo, Barbados, Hawaii, Turks & Caicos.
· 40 River Dives: California and Nevada
· For 4 summers before getting my Instructor certification, I assisted with training classes nearly every week-end. I also jointly led dive trips to the Caribbean.
