This does not guarantee hits.

In order to have your own web site you will need to register a name and obtain a server.
We use Dot Easy for both of these services although there are many others out there.

Doteasy charges $25/year (or $18/year if you buy 5 years) for the name and you get
a 100 MB web site for free.
